proposing bi-level model for talents succession in iranian organizations using game theory approach

چکیده
this article addresses the problem of balancing the time-cost-income aspects of talent management and succession in knowledge-based organizations. reviewing the literature figures out that many researches emphasize the importance of talent management and planning for succession. while the wide range of attracting talents from outside to fill this gap to train the inside talents to have a successful succession, little attention have been made to propose a decision. although many investigations made clear insights about the importance and mechanisms of successful talent succession, a few quantitative methods based on mathematical models have been proposed to deal with make decision in such area. this article by assuming such realistic assumptions, proposed a bi-level linear mathematical model, based on game theory approach. the performance of proposed model has been studied using pso algorithm by gathering ten-years realistic data from an iranian telecom company. the results show suitable adoption to reality based on experienced events.
